I'm so sad to have missed this! I'll not miss the next one, your series of lectures has been so helpful to me in my studies as I've had the mixed misfortune of relating everything I read about to something I've learned about Lacan. Your articulate delivery and measured pace are such welcome qualities, so many lecturers seem too eager to shoot all the way into the stratosphere with this stuff. It can't be *that* complicated if all of us experience it, right? Keep up the good work Doc

Between the writing of Annie G. Rogers, Dylan Evans, the fine folks up at the (sadly former) 388, and the lectures you've shared, it's been far less intimidating a subject. I'll definitely keep my eyes peeled for SXXIV in the fall! As well as those sinthome lectures, sinthome is my utter fascination at the moment. Are there any lecture series you recommend I check out before the fall?
I haven't read SXXIV, so I can't really say what would be helpful in preparation for our fall series on that seminar, but if the past is any indication of what's to come, I would guess that the past 3-4 lecture series would be useful. In this case, I'd say everything since our series on La Troisième. Party on!
